Restaurant Les Ambassadeurs is one of the most prominent restaurants in Paris. Situated within The Crillon Hotel and overlooking the Place de la Concorde this gastronomic restaurant was recently redesigned by the Parisian interior designer, Sybille de Margerie. The former XVIII ballroom of the Dukes of Crillon has been infused with modern warmth yet remains true to it’s original splendour.
The restaurant boasts 2 Michelin stars, with the chef, Jean-François Piège dedicated to “orchestrating” his cuisine to correspond perfectly to the setting of the restaurant. Piège, who became Head Chef in february 2004, is renowned for using the highest quality ingredients, creating dishes which reflect the changing seasons and embodies French savoir-faire.
The Wine Steward, David Biraud, has received a number of awards, most notably Best Wine Steward France 2004 and is known for creating exciting pairings of dishes and wine.
